A space that affirms you

Therapy should make room for your whole story.

Whether you are certain about your identity, still exploring, coming out, navigating relationships, or simply looking for a therapist who gets that identity can shape how we move through the world, you are welcome here.

My role is not to tell you who you are. It is to listen with curiosity, support you in understanding yourself, and help you build a life that feels more authentic and sustainable.

Youth & families

Support for transgender and gender-questioning young people.

I have a special interest in supporting transgender and gender-questioning youth and the people who care about them. For young people, therapy can offer a private place to explore identity, anxiety, relationships, school, belonging, and the many emotions that can come with figuring out who you are.

I also work with parents who love their children and want to support them while navigating their own questions, worries, and learning. The goal is not perfection. It is connection, communication, and helping families stay in relationship with one another.

How we work

Your identity is part of you — not a problem to solve.

Our work may include anxiety, self-esteem, family conflict, boundaries, relationships, resilience, ADHD, life transitions, or whatever else is bringing you to therapy. We will shape the work around what matters to you.

There isn't one right reason to come to therapy.

You might be here because…

You're exploring sexual orientation or gender identity.
Coming out — or deciding whether to — feels complicated.
Family, school, work, or relationships don't always feel affirming.
You want support with anxiety, self-esteem, belonging, or relationships.
You're a parent trying to support an LGBTQ+ or transgender child.
You simply want a therapist with whom you don't have to edit yourself.

You do not have to become someone different to be worthy of support. Therapy can be a place to understand yourself more deeply and feel more at home in your own life.

You don't have to figure it all out first.

A free 15-minute consultation is a chance to ask questions, tell me a little about what brings you to therapy, and see how it feels to talk together.
